Desired qualifications
Construction experience is preferred but not required
Equipment operating experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach

Key accountabilities
Safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites
Manage inventory, order supplies, and track project materials
Interpret and follow construction blueprints and specifications
Measure, layout, and set grade within precise construction tolerances
Operate excavation and grading equipment for pool installation
Rig, maneuver, and place fiberglass pools with care and accuracy
Install and troubleshoot pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, lighting, and -automation systems
Perform seasonal pool opening and closing services
Conduct pool maintenance and service as needed
